By training I am a hypno-psychotherapist and a CBT counsellor. I use a combination of these approaches to help people get unstuck, re-frame and experience a happier story line.

I have the certificates, ethical codes and belong to professional bodies –  those things that matter but most of all I have experience and a good track record of showing people how to be free of stress, hurt, frustration, anger – those painful emotions – the ones that generally hold us back. I’ve been helping people for twenty years now and it continues to be a privilege.
